WORLD SERVICE INTERGROUP
Conclave Process Guidelines
In order to help facilitate this unique experiment in group work we thought it would be helpful to outline some guidelines for the group process during our time together. These are our best thoughts and we welcome your additions and suggestions.
- Let us all hold the intention to view one another as Souls, choosing to focus on that which is highest in all our co-workers.
- Let us remember that magnetic, loving inclusiveness is the energy that will build the group fusion which will make our gathering successful.
- Let us hold the awareness that we are working in collaboration with the Hierarchy and our goal is to be sensitive to impression from them.
- When we enter the meeting room, let us treat it as a sacred space, a lodge or temple for the inner and outer work we are doing together.
- When we speak of our impressions in the morning sessions let us strive to speak from our deepest and most profound center of consciousness, from the higher intuitive levels, so that what we say carries the clarity, love and power of our inner realizations. Let us call for a moment of silence as a group if we feel we need to reestablish this focus.
- When we discuss plans and ideas for the work, let us listen with inner silence to what is being said, evaluate whether it contributes to the unfoldment and synthesis of the world work, and then give our reasoned, intuitive response and perspective.
- Let us put out all ideas first, then look for where we agree, where there are differences, and then discuss them. Let us respond in nonjudgmental ways, maintaining always harmlessness.
- Let us be aware of over-stimulation from all the people, meditations and the fact that it is the full moon period, and take steps necessary to prevent our going out of balance. We suggest you avoid individual meditations.
- Let us remember that "joy is a special wisdom."
- Tom sez, "Be mellow."
Thank you for your support and cooperation in making these guidelines a living reality of our time together.
