The purpose around which the evolving Conclave group is coalescing is to generate a focused, conscious and deliberate intergroup effort to specifically assist the Externalization of the Hierarchy and the Reappearance of the Christ.

• Use the Conclave meditation within our groups at least twice a week. This meditation is designed to facilitate the Externalization and the Reappearance.

• Link up and meditate as an intergroup body at the exact time of each Full Moon to assist in the linkage of Hierarchical intent with human aspiration.

• Hold an annual Conclave meeting at the time of one of the Three Linked Festivals of Spring (Aries, Taurus, or Gemini) for the purpose of sharing our group efforts towards the Reappearance, opening to group impression, and collaborating on creating new intergroup efforts that we can implement as individual groups.

1. Building Inner Synthesis and Outer Collaboration - How can we create an inner synthesis that leads to real collaboration among all the esoteric schools and groups, while respecting the unique mission and culture of each group?
2. Meeting Human Need with the Teaching - What aspect of the esoteric teachings have been the most useful in our work of preparing humanity for the Reappearance? What adaptations have been made in the teachings to meet the needs of humanity?
3. Inter-group Communication - How can we establish ongoing communication between our groups that will facilitate ease of planning and cooperative work, using the tools of modern technology? What models are there?
4. Sustainable Discipleship - What can we all learn from each other about how to maintain our point of spiritual tension and focus, in harmony with our personality vehicles, our co-workers and our groups?
