Quick and easy Shwarma Sauce

I came up with this sauce when I did not have access to a blender and Tahini and did not feel like making hummous from scratch. It tastes good and can be made in a matter of minutes, while the meat is cooking – but it is best if it can sit for awhile for the flavours to fuse together. It is also ideal as a dip with anything from tortillas to crudites to crackers.

Ingredients:

Combine the ingredients, set aside for 15-30 minutes, and use as a dip or in your shuwarmas.
