The matter at hand has been brought to the
attention of our diplomatic and naval offices
and I am authorised to give following response:
"The Centauri Republic do not recognise the authority of the
Earth Alliance or the Alliance
Advisory Council in this matter and any further attempts to
infringe our sovereignty will
be considered an act of aggression with everything that entails.
The outposts of Eridani and Epsilon are now Protectorates of the
Centauri Republic and
are under our sole protection. Any attempt to re-patriate these
outposts will be met with
an efficient and deadly response and will be considered an act of
war.
As an act of good faith on our part, we will remove our military
presence from these two
protectorate “buffer zones” and in addition officially
sign over to the Earth Alliance the
outpost of Sh’lassan. Any further incursion into our space
will be met with the same
deadly response at detailed herewith. "

From: Centauri Republic
This is an official declaration
from our Diplomatic office.
"The Centauri Republic will not stand by and allow our
Sovereign Rights to be endangered. From this day forward
Centauri Republic’s borders are officially closed to all
through traffic. Any unauthorised vessel, Civilian or
otherwise found in violation of this declaration will be
considered hostile and will be engaged immediately. Any
vessels found to be en-route to or through our space using
hyperspace lanes will also be engaged by our navy with
deadly efficiency. "
