How To Book...

Should you like to book a holiday or break in one of our cottages, please initially contact us by phone, fax or email, to confirm availability for the required dates and prices. A provisional booking can be made at this time.

Then to reserve your cottage please complete our booking form and send it to us with the appropriate deposit, which represents 25% of the total cost of the holiday plus any cancellation insurance premium, if insurance is required (see prices).

On receipt of the deposit we will confirm your booking in writing.

The balance for the holiday is payable no later than one month before the arrival date, reminders will be sent to you approximately six weeks before hand.

Payment of deposits and balances can be made by cheque (made payable to Pitt Farm) or by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
