Short breaks are chargeable at 2/3 of the weekly rate and are bookable out of the main holiday season.
Reduced rates for Mullen and Snaffle are available out of main season for parties of four people.
Optional cancellation insurance available for the additional premiums outlined below.

The prices for the cottages at Pitt Farm include VAT, but exclude electricity which is metered and charged at the appropriate rate. The owners have also been able to negotiate a suitable cancellation insurance at a very competitive premium, which is additional to the cost of the cottage and payable with the deposit. This insurance is recommended but not compulsory.
