As you know, pictures can take a long time to download over the Web, so I've split my pictures among a number of pages. That way, I can make sure that none of the pages gets so big you get bored waiting for it to load. The maximum amount of space taken up by the pictures on any of these pages is roughly 200kB - so about 8 320x240 pixel pictures, or 6 at 400x300 or 3 at 640x480 ones, or some suitable mixture. Only the starred pages are full as yet, the rest will contain rather less than 200kB's worth of associated images.
