Come let us go to Bethlehem,
To see the Lord our Saviour,
And find the babe of whom it is said,
'He is Christ the Lord'.
"Glory to God with highest praise,
And on the earth be favour.
The peace of God is now made known,
Through Jesus Christ the Lord."
So let us all with hearts sincere
Believe in Christ our Saviour;
Confess the man of whom it is said,
'He is Christ the Lord.'
For this will be a sign to you
You'll find Him in a manger,
A baby wrapped in strips of cloth
A mother's new born child.
So hurry off and spread the word,
We've seen the Lord our Saviour.
We've found the child of whom it was said,
'He is Christ the Lord.'
Who died for us at Calvary,
To bring us peace and favour.
The living One, who rose from the dead,
He is Christ the Lord.

And there we'll see,
just as we have been told,
Good news of a great joy,
of which the angels sang.

Don't be amazed,
at what the shepherds heard.
It all did take place,
just as they had been told.

For this is true,
the story you have heard.
All has been fulfilled,
that prophets have foretold.
