Durg
Durgs are arboreal monkey like creatures native to Malastare. Colonised by the Gran, the Durgs have found themselves limited to reservations or the fringes of Gran society, as such criminal activity seams a natural career path. Durgs that do venture off Malastare usually do so in pursuit of glory and profit. Others continue to war between themselves and their Gran invaders.

Personality: Durgs come form a culture of, if you want it take it, most are mean spirited with a propensity for violence and a disregard for anyone or anything that gets in their way.
Physical Description: Dugs are usually hunched, though both arms and legs end in hands that can aid in climbing, however most use the arms for walking on and the legs for fine manipulation. The skin is grey and rubbery, often with coloured splotches. The head is elongated ending in wide nostrils above a small mouth.
Durg Homeworld: Malastare, though limited to the fringes of the Gran colonies or Durg enclaves.
Language: Durgs speak Durg and most refuse to learn any other language, demanding that those who wish to deal with them learn to speak Durg.
Example Names: Sebulba
Adventures: Durgs are self-centred and motivated by personal gain. Many have left Malastare since the establishment of the Gran colonies and most gravitate towards the criminal underworld and opportunity for a quick credit.

Durg Species Traits
• +2 Dexterity, -2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma: Durgs are agile, with swift reactions but have little regard for others or personal risks.
• Small: As small creatures, Durgs gain a +1 size bonus to their Defence, a +1 size bonus on Attack rolls, and a +4 bonus on Hide checks. But they must use smaller weapons than Humans use, and their lifting and carrying limits are three-quarters of those of Medium-size characters.
• Durg base speed is 6 meters.
• Great Shout: Durgs can inflate a throat pouch and issue a bellow that can be heard Con x 300 meters away. Commonly used for communication over distances and territorial displays.
• +2 species bonus on Climb and Jump checks: Evolved from arboreal creatures similar to monkeys, Durgs are adapted for life in the trees.
• Automatic Languages: Durg, they can learn Basic but most prefer not too
