Gran
The Gran are hominoid bovine creatures native to Kinyen in the Expansion Region and have a number of other colonial worlds. Their race has strong representation within the Republic Senate and they are among the loudest proponents of galactic disarmament and Bail Organa’s Peace Corps.

Personality: Gran are generally friendly, hospitable and enjoy the company of others. As a species they are noted for forming life long partnerships and shun solitude.
Physical Description: Gran are humanoids that stand between 1.1 and 1.8 metres in height. Their facial features have a bovine look with three staked eyes. Gran are hairless but have a leathery skin usually a pale olive in colouration though a darker skinned subspecies does exist.

Language: Gran speak both Gran and Basic.

Adventures: Gran despite their pacifistic ways have been long standing members of the Republic and can be found in all walks of life almost anywhere. The have a keen curiosity and desire to visit new places and meet new people. A rare few among the Gran maybe exiled from the homeworld and colonies.
