![]() ![]() XnewsXnews is a free newsreader written by Luu Tran. It is my favourite newsreader, but the wealth of options mean it can be a bit daunting to a newbie. I've put together these pages to provide some extra information that may be useful for new users; additionally, Luu's manual is also available. I'm David Breach by the way :-) *NEW* More added to FAQ page - icon description, downloading binaries, the '2Gb limit' etc. Follow the links below to go through some of the main Xnews setup details, as well as getting the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
For more Xnews related goodies also check out DC's page here: http://www.geocities.com/radar_identified/newsgroups/. Ralf Hasse has a great site (http://www.seegras.de/xnews) which explains the function of Xnews's menus, which may be useful if you're new to reading news with Xnews.
