This Usermod adds the IMSID to the IMS 3.1 (non-XRF) formatted Master
Terminal Screen. The IMSID is added at the end of the line of dashes
across the middle of the screen. Note that with XRF, IMS now adds a status
line at the top of the screen which includes the IMSID and other useful
information.
I did consider making this appear on a non-XRF system, but I was defeated
by the complexity of the code and opted for this simpler version.
