FROM M23 turn off at Junction 10, Take A264 to East Grinstead. At the second roundabout, The Dukes Head, turn left(B2028). At crossroads turn left(B2037). After ½ mile take the first right (Dowlands Lane just before the Hedgehog Innon the left).  We are 1 mile up the lane on the right hand side.  Points to watch for are double bend, Keepers Farm, Rainscombe Farm, then us.

FROM M25 turn off at junction 6(Godstone). Take A22 towards East Grinstead. Pass through South Godstone, under railway bridge and continue to Garden Centre on left(on a bend). Take next right (Bryers Lane) signposted to Horne and Smallfield.  Follow road through Horne, passing church, to T junction.  Turn right.  After passing Whitegates Kennels on right, take next left at crossroads (Dowlands Lane).  We are 1 mile (2nd farm) on the left, just past the T junction on right.
