Interfaith Ministers are mature adults from a wide variety of backgrounds and faiths, who are trained to teach, counsel and serve all in their communities, regardless of faith, religion or beliefs. We are each rooted in our own faith, yet recognise the universality of the teachings, values and, above all, the experience of the Sacred, of grace and of love common to all authentic spiritual traditions. We recognise these values and experiences as being at the heart of all true service.

We are not a replacement for, but an addition to traditional religious ministers and teachers. We offer spiritual service to all, regardless of faith, religion or beliefs, in a non-directive, non-dogmatic way. We are committed to serving all who seek a personally meaningful experience of connection with the Sacred, whether within or outside of an established religious tradition, and to supporting and encouraging forgiveness and reconciliation for individuals, families and communities.
