George founded eye4strategy in October 2002 with the aim of offering expert project management and consultancy in the areas of market research and business development. He is an accomplished consultant with excellent analytical, statistical, team leadership, report-writing and presentation skills. He also acted as Director of Research & Business Development at research agency BrandDriver, managing research projects; preparing pitches; developing new products; and securing new clients. Before eye4strategy, George worked client-side at The Walt Disney Company for 8 years where he headed the TV Research & Brand Development department in 2000-2001, to then become Senior Manager of TV Business Development. At Disney, he set up new ways of measuring consumer value and enhancing the Disney brand on TV; designed and managed the $1.5m annual research budget; identified ways of maximising brand exposure and value; negotiated deals with pay TV and Video-On-Demand (VOD) platforms; and managed the launch teams of Disney Channel Scandinavia and Disney Treasures on HomeChoice.
