The session
Problems are created in our thoughts and stored in the body. This unique mindbody therapy treats the mind with techniques from NLP and Ericksonian hypnotherapy, and the body with massage and Dr.Hauschka natural body oils.

Each session comprises forty-five minutes of Dr.Hauschka rhythmical body massage and forty-five minutes of trance.

1. Becalm
Overcome your stress, exhaustion, seasonal depression or fatigue and, deep within yourself, feel good again.

2. Letting Go
Let go of the old troubles that you don’t need any more: bad feelings and memories; unnecessary fears and worries; guilt and anxiety. Wipe the slate clean.

3. Self-esteem
Improve your confidence and self-esteem, as you revisit the past to reinterpret your experience, and build an image of yourself as you’d really like to be. Take that image into your future to help everything become possible.

4. Energy
Become alert, alive and positive. Find new focus and motivation. Revitalize yourself with renewed energy, and enhance your creative imagination.

5. Release the Spirit
Rediscover yourself. Redefine yourself and your boundaries. Transcend yourself, as you find peace, contentment and happiness. Release the spirit!
