eTraining has worked as one of two suppliers writing and delivering Management, Administration and Sales courses to help a client with the transition from one product supply system to another resulting in an intended cultural change for the client. A range of courses were developed and involved the training of over 1000 staff. As a result of the success of these courses eTraining was asked back to help write and deliver a series of 2 day management courses for the entire management network of the client, some 400 managers.

eTraining has been involved in the development and delivery of a 3 day management course for a European Manufacturer. The course is designed for Sales Managers to increase their skills in budgets, accounts, target setting, marketing and running the sales team. The course is delivered by a number of European Trainers, including etraining, all over Europe.

eTraining is an approved supplier for Training and Enterprise Councils and has extensive contracts to deliver Modern Apprenticeships and National Vocational Qualification's (NVQ's) to prospective businesses. Currently eTraining has a contract to deliver 60 Modern Apprenticeships in Customer Service to businesses in the community, and is currently working with three Clients to that extent. 15 have now been delivered with excellent feedback from the clients and trainees.

eTraining was able to write and deliver sales training to one of its clients. The end result was a motivated sales team that outsold its previous best performance.

eTraining has been one of the suppliers involved in launch training of new products. This has been for several clients both in the UK and Europe. This training has been delivered to the clients staff.
