The following extracts are taken from Alumni Cantabrigiensis and Alumni Oxoniensis.  They were copied by Eardley Bryan on 2nd May 1991 and were taken directly from photocopies made in the library of the Society of Genealogists in London.  I have sorted them into chronological order.

WALKEY, CHARLES ELLIOTT, s. Benjamin, of St. Anne's, Westminster, gent. BALLIOL COLL., matric 26 Mar 1798, aged 17; B.A. 1802, rector of Clyst St. Lawrence, Devon, 1804, father of Charles Collyns. [Alumni Oxoniensis].

WALKEY, CHARLES COLLYNS.  1s. Charles Elliott, of Exeter, cler. BALLIOL COLL., matric. 21 June, 1821, aged 16; scholar WORCESTER COLL. 1823 30, B.A. 1825, M.A. 1828, fellow 1830 2, head master Lucton school, co. Note.  The date for his leaving Moreton is as copied from the entry.  It should read Oct. 1959. He died in Jan. 1960.
