War and occupation cause unimaginable suffering

Kassim, describing how her five year old daughter Zainab died after being shot
in the head by US troops at a checkpoint in Nasiriyah, Iraq, on 25th
March 2003. All four of Gufran Ibed Kassim’s children, her ``little
flowers,’’ were shot and killed.

Many people
who opposed the war-massacre in Iraq feel discouraged and unhappy that we were
unable to stop it. There is only one antidote to such feelings: ACTION! Take
action for justice and equality and your discouragement will melt away.
