We need to provide legal representation and have appointed Dr. Gerard Hyland as our expert witness. He will assess exposure risks to properties within 200metres of the antenna and can explain the current position on health issues to the Court.
We are trying to raise funds to fight the case and possibly to contest any Appeal.
The expert witness costs alone for the case will be over £1,500. Many local residents have already pledged amounts from £5-£100 (including donations from elderly residents in sheltered accommodation nearby) and we are now stepping up local fundraising efforts over a wider area.
Sorry we don’t have any electronic fund transfer arrangement so must ask you for a cheque or Postal Order etc.
