PS2 LAUNCH REPORT

The PlayStation2 is finally launched in USA, despite pre-launch grumbles from retailers, the launch was a complete success for Sony.
The first western touchdown was met with massive lines of people, reports of violence, arrests and disappointed fans who didn't acquire the consol.
Those disappointed fans who missed out could have turned Online to eBay, an auction site, where bids varied from $600 to a whopping $15000. But we hope no bids were genuine. People cant have that much more money than sense. Despite a wealth of problems for Sony they must be happy with the launch. They couldn't have asked for too much more. Just more copies.
