The trailer starts of showing a woman standing in a wasteland narrating "The dream is always the same. I'm standing, waiting for something. If they knew about these dreams they would shut me down. The question is. Will I be in time to save the earth?". Then the ground all around her starts shaking and she awakens from her dream. The camera then fades out to show a space station orbiting the earth and the words "enter a new dimension" flash upon the screen. After this the clip goes on to show some people standing around an operating table with someone laying on it and they then go on to talk

about them having 7 of the spirits and that they need to find the 8th and final one. The trailer then shows a number of great looking action scenes from the movie that lasts about a minute in length and then ends by showing "Summer 2001" and "visit finalfantasy.com".
