Attack 'Wind Storm'
Wind-based elemental damages all enemies - A large tornado forms from the storm clouds that lie above. Slowy, a huge jester-like creature appears and lands on his feet. He takes a deep breath using the two vents on his right shoulder and sucks the enemy into his 'vacuum cleaner dust bag'. After a second or two, he throws them out in a gust of wind, causing high damage.
How to Gain
During the crisis at Zell's hometown, Balamb City, you need to draw him from Fuujin in the battle against her and Raijin in Balamb Hotel (Disc 2).

Boost Increases damage infliction caused by the GF. Press select to enable the Boost function ability. Continue to press the square button to fade in the targetting red cross and increase attack power. Starting power is 75 and can be increased to a maximum of 250.
