Attack 'Thunderstorm'
Lightning based elemental damages all enemies - Storm clouds suddenly appear with lightning running havoc, dangerously striking the ground. Suddenly, a huge bolt plunges to the earth to form a huge bird - Quetzalcoatl. He flaps his wings, leans back, and unleashes a huge amount of energy on the enemy. A massive dome of lightning forms, centralizing the energy at the peek to charge down on the enemy.
How to Gain
Very simple; on Disc 1, pretty much near the very start of the game, log on to the Balamb Network using the computer at the back of Squall's classroom. On the menu, select 'Tutorial' and you will receive the Guardian Force's Shiva and Quetzalcoatl to help you on your way.

Command Abilities

AP Needed

Magic Allows the equipped character the ability to use stocked magic.

GF Allows the equipped character to summon Guardian Forces. Complete
Draw Allows the equipped character to draw magic from an enemy. Complete
Item Allows the equipped character to use an item. Complete
Card Allows the equipped character to change the opponent into a card. With a low success rate, it works only if the enemy is near-death. 40

Boost Increases damage infliction caused by the GF. Press select to enable the Boost function ability. Continue to press the square button to fade in the targeting red cross and increase attack power. Starting power is 75 and can be increased to a maximum of 250.
