Hi Pam and Peter, Greetings from SUNNY and hot Florida! I don't miss your rainy, cold weather although we do need some extra of the wet stuff, having suffered now from many months of drought. Just wanted you to know that we received in our mail the new Journal and quickly glanced through it to find you had mentioned my name in your salutations. I'm FAMOUS! Well...almost, as this site grows in reputation. Sam has returned from Kansas to look for genealogy info but with little success. He was quite disappointed and thought he might get a bonanza like I did while in Cornwall. We are now planning our May 2001 trip to Cornwall with son, Ryan, and daughter, Becky, in tow. Ryan will have just graduated from Univ. of FL and it may be our last trip together as he departs for the great world. See you then. Haven't noticed if you have gotten any further back with my family research. I just installed the Family Tree Maker program and look forward to getting to know it better.

Just received my first copy of the journal and can't believe it. There I am with several generations of my Jeffrey ancestors. Thanks a lot for all your hard work.

Loved the site - bright and cheerful, just like the Society. I am researching SANDOE + variants and PETHERICK + variants and would be delighted to exchange information.

Just moved to Cornwall from London, out of the rat race at last. My mother's ancestors were named BENN, would appreciate any infomation (something to do with tin mines in Cornwall).

My grandfather went to Akron, Ohio as did over 300 Cornishmen from Newlyn area to work in the factories and they made tires. The Naturalization Records are placed in Truros libaries for researchers. Love the Cornish....lindamann@hotmail.com

Hiya chicken. Thought I would leave you a little message whilst surfing away. I am however beginning to drown and would like a fairly good looking life guard to rescue me. However bet you really do not want to hear that. Cool journal!!!!!!
