On their 1973 Dutch tour, the Sunsets played Emmen open air pop festival in August. The Sunsets were placed just under the heading band "Argent" . Argent were not very happy at with this, in fact Shakin' Stevens and the Sunsets blew this band off stage. Argent just could not follow them. In case you have not heard of Argent, they were quite a major UK pop band who had a big hit with "Hold Your Head Up". Their front man was none other than Rod Argent (who later wrote and produced the hit single "Radio" for Shaky) and their drummer was Peter Van Hook (went on to play drums on Shaky's "Let's Boogie" album). CBS rushed released a reissue of I'm No JD under the title "Best of Shakin' Stevens & The Sunsets" which actually had the same catalogue no as the JD LP. The photograph on the cover was taken at one of the gigs, possibly Limburg. Some rear 8mm cinefilm footage (about one minute of film) of the Limburg concert is believed to be held in a Dutch museum archive.
