Building Blocks for Realsoft 3D v4.5

Building Blocks attempts to allow a user to plug together a script for mathematically building scenes and controlling objects in animation. The user can build their instructions up using a large preset library of blocks plugging them together in a similar manner to VSL before it finally generates a JavaScript file that can be used inside Realsoft 3D .

Installation instructions: -

  1. Click here to download the Building Blocks application (Windows only sorry)  1.7Mb

  2. Create a BuildingBlocks folder wherever you want to keep the application (in your Program Files directory is a good place)

  3. Copy the BuildingBlocks.zip into that folder and unzip it with directories intact.

  4. That's it! Please read the manual in the Manual directory otherwise Building Blocks will be very difficult to use.

  5. If you want to uninstall Building Blocks just delete the Building Blocks folder and the BuildingBlocks.ini file in your Windows directory and it will all be gone.

Visual RPL for Real3D v3.53

Visual RPL does its best to make RPL more accessible to Realsoft users, RPL can be quite daunting and difficult to program in, mainly because it is based on FORTH which takes quite a different direction from other programming languages. However VRPL takes small pieces of RPL code and uses them in natural English sentences to construct programs using little more than some logical thinking and some algebra.

Installation instructions: -

  1. Click here to download the VRPL application (Windows only sorry)

  2. Create a VRPL folder wherever you want to keep VRPL.

  3. Copy the VRPL.zip into that folder and unzip it with directories intact.

  5. If you want to uninstall VRPL just delete the new folder and it will all be gone.
