Send the completed form to Forest Savers Fund, 5 High Street, Coleford, Glos. GL16 8HA, with the £2 membership fee, two forms of identification (which will be returned) and the first payment for your savings (which must be a minimum of £1).
Cheques to made payable to Forest Savers Fund.
The Board will consider your application and once agreed, the savings payment will be credited to your account and your payment book mailed to you.
