I think, this is a 150mm (149mm actually), schwere Feldhaubitze 18...The Kanone 39, very similar, was never fitted with a muzzle brake !   What makes me think this is a German searchlight, the carriage is identical to the early 88, FlaK 18 Sonderhanger 201carriage
