NEW AS / A2 SPECIFICATION for PRODUCT DESIGN
Sept. 2000. This exciting new course allows
students to develop, focus and realise innovative designs for a vast range of
objects, ranging from cars to aeroplanes, architectural projects such as
housing, football stadia, shopping complexes and office buildings to furniture
- even personal music systems, MD players for example. The focus will be on
making models of the designs these will be to scale. These will be supported
by a design folio requiring skills in
graphics and presentation. The course allows for the production of a full
size artefact in the A2 year if feasible. See Mr.Geekie |
