The TECHNOLOGY club operates to encourage students to DESIGN and then make objects to explore technological solutions to problems. The club will operate at lunchtimes from 12.30. Initially, we will use the metalwork room, although this will not determine the materials used. The sort of things students can try and make are detailed below. The days the club will operate will depend upon teachers timetable commitments and rooming availability. Mr.Geekie

Static MODELS ( cars, houses, walkman, telephone etc )

 

Models which move or use an electric motor ( model car )

 

Cam Toys ( automata ) made of wood.

 

Paper engineering cam toys ( automata ).

 

Large items such as chairs, tables etc.

Storage systems

 

Games

 

Keyrings ( metal, plastic, combined materials )
