** WARNING ** Montelago Village
Please take note if you are considering renting or buying a condo at Lake Las Vegas or Montelago Village Resort
I rented a condominium from a Mr Ed Santacruz at Xmas via the website VRBO [vacation rentals by owners] and paid in full in advance.
The resort had no hot water and couldn't care less about its guests/owners. Likewise Mr Santacruz's only offer was to throw us out?
I would recommend you Do NOT pay in full for any property advertised at VRBO and DO NOT rent from Mr Santacruz.
He also has a property listed in Laguna Beach, his property numbers on VRBO are 82005 & 100118
A company called Intrawest operate the resort and their manager Mr Kevin Shields did not offer any help, either.
Since the publication of this website I have received a number of "thank you" emails from members of the public who were going to use VRBO and pay in full.
Also Mr Santacruz has began to send disgusting emails containing words such as "you are a fagott" and "fu*king loser". I would suggest you think long and hard
before employing this man also, who purports to be "Senior Auditor" and "Financial Adviser" at corporateaudits.com his desk number is 1 800 989 4718
