The End??

Not a bit of it.  He came back to life.  And if anything, he came back with even greater power than he had before.  Hundreds of people saw him.  And then six weeks later he announced that his work on earth had finished.  He was going back to the world he had come from.  And then, with scores of people watching, he began, literally, to rise up from the ground.  His body seemed to be transformed, shining more and more brightly.  And suddenly he was swallowed up in the clouds and he had gone.

He came from another world.  He returned to another world.  It all started at the first Christmas. Check out the facts.  Find out who He was and why He came.   His name was Jesus.
 
You can read his true story in the four books written by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  Go into any bookshop and ask for a Bible.  You'll find all four books in there, plus scores of other ancient documents that back up the story.  Here's some quotes:

Luke: "An angel of the Lord appeared to them and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.  But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid.  I bring you good news of great joy...Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born for you; he is Christ the Lord.'. "

Mark: "Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone.  There he was transfigured before them.  His clothes became dazzling white...Then a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and a voice came from the cloud, 'This is my Son, my beloved.  Listen to Him!'. "

Matthew: "Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.  When they saw him, they worshipped him...Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me'."

John: "We have seen his glory, the glory of the Only Begotten Son of God, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."
