CATCH 22 - STEPHANE ADAM There's a bit of a French flavour to our Catch 22 this issue. Due to the World Cup and the emphatic French victory (for which surely all Jambo's were rooting) we have asked Stephane Adam, the hammer of the Rangers (twice) to answer a few questions.

1. Favourite type of food?
Seafood and pasta

2. Favourite alcoholic drink?
Lager

3. Best tourist attraction you have visited in Scotland?
Glencoe - the landscapes are magnificent

4. What is your favourite Edinburgh restaurant?
Kwei Lin in Dundas Street

5. What is the best video you have watched recently?
Hearts Cup Glory

6. Where is your favourite holiday destination?
The Carribean Islands

7. What is the most complicated meal you have ever cooked yourself?
To cook? No problem, I'm a great cook, could be my job

8. Who would you pay a lot of money to see (dead or alive, doesn't have to be a footballer)?
Jimi Hendrix. he was absolutely perfect with a guitar. "the master".

9. What type of music do you prefer (Rock, Pop, Soul, Classical etc)?
Soul, but I like all types of music

10. What is your favourite group?
"Berurier Noir". it is a French group. I have been in a few concerts from them and it was great fun.

11. What type of car do you drive at the moment?
Ford Mondeo

12. If you had the money, which car would you like to buy?
BMW M3

13 Did you support a French football team when you were young, if so which one and do you still support them?
Lille Olympic SC. I do still support them, it was my first club and my sisters husband is still playing for it.

14.What is the worst thing you have ever had shouted at you from the terraces?
"French Bastard" from a 5 or 6 year old boy during a league game in Corsica. Terrible to come from a young boy like him.

15. Which posters did you have up on your wall as a child?
Football posters (Michel Platini)

16.Do you ever mix with other French players in Scotland?
Jimmy Boco. I know him since 6 years

17.Which opposing player wound you up most last season?
Mark Rieper

18. Who was the best player you played against last season?
Brian Laudrup

19 How far did you think France would get in the World Cup prior to the competition starting?
50% chance to win

20 Do you think the referee was harsh on Zidane in the group games?
No. The sending off was justified

21 Do you think the referee was harsh on Blanc in the semi final?
No, but he should have sent off the defender too

22.France's strikers were criticised a little - were there any others you think should have gone to the finals instead?
For me the strikers were OK but there was not a goal scorer like Papin or Cantona like a few years ago. It was a problem but.....
