Yoga with Pat Sparrow
Improve posture and balance and discover the spine through gentle yoga stretches and breathing techniques. Wear: loose comfortable clothing and bare feet.

Irish Dancing with M·ire Clerkin
From the basic steps of reel and jig to advanced hard-shoe routines made popular by Riverdance. This energetic dance form gives the benefits of 'aerobics' within out the grind. Wear: comfortable clothing bare feet, ballet or Irish light shoes.

Egyptian with Juliana Brustik
Egyptian Dance (Raqs Sharqi) is a powerful, immensely enjoyable female dance form. Learn the basic movements of hips and arms then move on to one of the three forms (Sha’abi, Balachi, Sharqi). Wear: long skirt and long sash or scarf and bare feet.

Contemporary with Lisa Kendall
This dance form is an excellent way to develop movement skills, co-ordination and keep fit. The classes build from simple floor exercises to more developed routines and sequences. Wear: layers of comfortable clothing and bare feet.

Flamenco with La Joaquina
Familiarise yourself with flamenco’s varied rhythms, footwork and elegant, stylised movement of the body and arms. Experience the joy and excitement of this magical art form. Classes are accompanied by Chris Mullett. Wear: hard-soled shoes with small heel.

Salsa and Latin with Kath Manners and Jose Olivares
These classes will now run as 7 week courses. Beginner students will learn Salsa, Merengue and Rhumba. The intermediate course further develops these skills and introduces Cha Cha and Mambo. Wear: hard-soled shoes.

Capoeira with Marco Dos Santos
Students will be taught basic footwork, evasive techniques of the game and basic acrobatics. The form is practised with partners and improvised on in the traditional circular space of the 'Roda'. Students must complete 2 beginners courses before advancing to intermediate level. Wear: tracksuit bottoms/leggings and T-shirt, bare feet. Please note that Capoeira must be booked as a 7 week course.

Play Dance! (0-3 year olds)
Aims to promote and encourage playful interaction between the parent/carer and child within the context of a creative movement group. Parents/carers come free.

First Steps (3-5 year olds)
Allows the children to explore their creativity through movement and dance using shared group activities as well as developing their individuality. A lot of fun! Parents or carers, please stay for the first class your child attends.

Movers & Shakers (5-8 year olds) with Lorna Anders
Movement is created through different themes, drawing on the children's imagination and sharing these ideas with the rest of the class therefore increasing their confidence to express themselves through dance.

DanzZone (8-12 year olds) with Martin Bowes
Provides the opportunity to learn new techniques from a variety of dance styles. The children are encouraged to be creative and can explore and input their own ideas for dances.

Greenwich Youth Dance Company (13-18 year olds) with Carol Temple
The classes will run for 13 weeks and will explore a number of different dance styles and themes and the groups will have the chance to choreograph their own pieces. Sessions are held at GDA, Plumstead Manor Shcool and Kings Park Youth club, Eltham. You must sign up at the beginning of each term for all ten sessions.

After School Play Club (5 - 11 year olds) with Helen Wilcockson
These 10 week courses will rune at Mycenae After School Club and South Rise After School Club and are run in conjunction with Greenwich Council. The sessions will explore different movement ideas, and at the end of each half term there will be a sharing/performance of dance ideas that the children have put together.

For all children's classes wear comfortable clothing, bare feet and bring a drink.
