All-action movie/comedy starring Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan.
This latest release on video has all the makings of an irritating film - Chris Tucker, Jackie Chan and a cheese-filled storyline. However once you get over the high-pitched squeal that is Chris Tucker's voice, and if you resign yourself to the fact that Jackie Chan's gonna kick everyone else's butt, then you can thoroughly enjoy this film!
Think Sledge Hammer (remember that?) meets Men In Black meets Enter The Dragon and you've got this film down to a tee. Lee(Jackie Chan)'s got a personal grudge against the man who kidnapped the Chinese consoulate's daughter, Chris Tucker is the black version of Sledge Hammer and all Lee cares about is the welfare of the child. So when Carter(Chris Tucker) is given the job of keeping Lee out of the way, there's always gonna be trouble.
Obviously they try to save the kid themselves, and as anyone who every watched Sledge Hammer will know they messed up before finally getting it right.
Combined with some great special effects and the hilarious out-takes at the end, this is a film definatly worth watching - and one for all the family (over 12).
