You are assured a warm welcome here at Hill Farm in the heart of the beautiful North York Moors National Park.
Our two self-catering cottages are 4 star graded, and offer spacious and comfortable accommodation suitable for larger groups of family or friends, seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside for a holiday or short break. Hill Farm House is suitable for up to 8 adults, while The Hay Barn can accommodate up to 12
Both cottages are fully equipped to ensure you have everything you need for the perfect, relaxing break. There is even a dishwasher so Dad doesn't have to do the washing up! |

Together with our own home, the cottages are set on a south-facing hillside and enjoy wonderful views of Rosedale.
Explore the local countryside, which is ideal for walking, mountain biking, or simply for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility. Linger in one of many picture-postcard villages, sample locally brewed ales, and enjoy the fine cuisine in local hostelries.
There really is "something for everyone" here. We are within easy reach of stately homes, historic sites, seaside towns, and city shopping, and, of course, some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain is right on the doorstep. |

Both cottages are non-smoking, and we are sorry that we are unable to accept pets or stag and hen parties. In addition, we are not able to rent both cottages to the same group unless the total number of guests is 12 or less. |
