The Hay Barn (sleeps 12 + 1 cot)Converted from a row of old farm buildings, and attached to our own cottage, The Hay Barn offers you a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor. Upstairs you have 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room), 1 twin bedroom and a house shower room. All bedrooms have wonderful views of our beautiful dale. |

The ground floor offers you 2 twin bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room), 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and the house bathroom. You also have a large lounge with an electric coal-effect stove (the effect of a 'real' fire without the hassle), perfect for relaxing after a day taking in the delights of the area. The large kitchen/dining area provides seating for all 12, and there is all the equipment you will ever need. |

Your cottage is fully equipped with LPG central heating, 2 colour TVs, video, payphone, electric blankets on all beds, range-style cooker with gas hob and electric ovens and grills, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and automatic washing machine. Duvets and bed linen (except for the cot) are supplied and towels if required. At the rear is a garden area with picnic furniture, and shared use of the 1 acre paddock. |
