Hill Farm House (sleeps 8 + 1 cot)is the original 4-bedroom detached farmhouse. Upstairs you have 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), 2 twin bedrooms (one with vanity unit) and the house bathroom. All bedrooms have wonderful views up or down the dale. |

The ground floor gives you a spacious lounge with a stone fireplace and electric coal-effect stove (you get the effect of a 'real' fire without the hassle), where you can sit and look at the view through the patio doors down the dale beyond the garden. Watch the wildlife, sheep, and the ever-changing countryside in complete comfort. You also have a large kitchen, separate dining room, utility room and w.c. |

The cottage is fully equipped with LPG central heating, 2 colour TVs, video, payphone, electric
blankets on all beds, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, & auto washing machine.
Duvets and bed linen (except for the cot) are supplied, and towels if required. Outside there is a large garden with picnic furniture, and shared use of the 1-acre paddock. |
