The house is within walking distance of Avon Beach with its beautiful views across the sea to the Isle of Wight.

Mudeford Quay is also within walking distance and has a small ferry giving access to the beaches of Hengistbury Head and breathtaking views of the Christchurch area.

The town of Christchurch is a short drive away and there is a bus service from near the house if you want to leave the car at home.

In contrast to sun, sea and sand, the New Forest offers cool glades, wooded walks and traditional pubs, as well as wild ponies and deer.
