the Basingstoke Canal Visitors Centre
The visitors centre is tucked away on that part of the canal that runs through Mytchett, near Frimley. The centre provides an insight into various aspects of canals, narrowboats and barges, as well a having boats for hire. There is also a tea room and play area for children and camping facilities.
It is possible to have a boat trip on one of several narrowboats that are moored here in the summer.
