Old Oxted High Street This is the attractive main street in Old Oxted, with pretty cottages, some dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. There are one or two shops and two pubs.
....The timber-framed George Inn dates from the 15th century, though it's exterior was reinforced by brick in the 18th century, giving it a strangely modern look.
