Both Gites may be booked together in which case a 10% discount will apply.

Changeover day will normally be Saturday however it may be varied out of season upon agreement. Weekends will be available out of season please contact us.
Linen
Duvets/pillows, blankets etc will be provided but you will need to provide your own bed linen bath beach and tea towels.
Deposits
A deposit of 15% is required with a booking and the balance is to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the holiday start.
Details of breakage deposit, cleaning charge etc available upon request.
Arrival times
To achieve the turn round between occupants, you should not arrive before 16:00 on the day of arrival. Similarly you should leave the Gite before 10:00 on the day of departure.
