The accommodation consists of a spacious fully carpeted 21 foot lounge with a colour TV and dining area. There are ample built in cupboards including an airing cupboard. Additional sleeping is available on a Chesterfield sofabed in the lounge.

The view from the lounge is towards North Hill and St. Michael's Church which is flood lit at night.

The large bedroom has a double and a single bed, washbasin and built in wardrobe

The bathroom has a bath, shower, washand basin and WC and shaver point.

The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, Microwave, fridge and spin dryer and pine table and chairs. Every care has been taken to insure the kitchen has all necessary china, glass and cooking utensils. The kitchen leads directly into the spacious grounds.
