With sites such as Napster in operation there has been much talk about the legality of downloading and playing copyrighted MP3s. Downloading MP3's from this site IS totally legal. Indian Runner have copyrighted all of their material. But they do encourage visitors to the website to download and distribute the songs as they see fit. Obviously, the bands copyright status does come into effect if individuals downloading Indian Runner material are making a profit from it. If you wish to use any of the songs on the website for any reason, simply email the band and let them know - they are more than happy for other bands to use their material as long as it is on the grounds that the parties involved are NOT making a profit.
