Merchants marked with +ExampleCompany and -ExampleCompany have been tested by robo-shop. The test consists of a sample purchase (of varying value) if the goods are delivered on time as described with out major problems the site is awarded a +tested (passed) symbol.

Sites will fail the test if the ordering system doesn't work, goods are not delivered or are late in arrival etc. Failed sites are signified with a -tested (failed) symbol.
