From the lounge a wooden door leads into the kitchen area 5.64m (18’6’’) x2.74m (9’0’’).  There are fitted units which house a Baumactic 5 burner gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan.

An integrated washing machine and large fridge freezer form part of the kitchen area finished off with solid wooden worktops and a selection of Fired Earth tiles. Two glass display shelves complete this room.

The kitchen is effectively split into two, with a dining area making up the second half. This area has double radiator and views from the French windows onto the garden.
