Janis Leedam:

Janis Leedam first became interested in patchwork and quilting when she first visited the Lake District over 30 years ago. She met local skilled quilters and was inspired by their love of colour and design. She has worked and exhibited both in Sussex and Somerset where for some time she was the Chairwoman of the Frome Quilters. The use of dyed fabrics to create unique designs is one of her specialities, developing traditional patchwork into wider areas.
