Japanese Bantams have been standardised in a wide variety of colours. In
general, any colour standard for Old English Game is accepted by the Japanese
Bantam Club of Great Britain. Many of these colours have however, yet to be seen
in the UK.
The development of new colours is the ultimate challenge for some breeders
and through their efforts, plus the occasional importation of birds, there are
more colours appearing each year.
A selection of photos has been gathered within this site, in order to
demonstrate the diversity of the breed. The intention is to change these photos
periodically, so, anyone with an interesting photo, please Email it to us for
posting within our gallery.
