THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT!

 
   system performance not only depends mainly on the water supply pressure, but also on the number of spray/dripper heads connected. 

To check pressure: turn your water tap fully on and time the supply of a known quantity of water (say 2 gallons or 10 litres). Calculate the flow in litres per MINUTE, and the answer is the number of sprayheads on each system (1 gallon = 4.5 litres). Dripper systems can take approximately 4 times that number of dripperheads.
